Preceptor Awards and Recognition
Our preceptors will be acknowledged and recognized for the valuable contributions that they make to our residents’ learning. All of our preceptors, Academic Half Day facilitators, mentors and project preceptors will be acknowledged with a certificate. In addition, we would like to also recognize one outstanding preceptor. In this regard, we have created a precepting award.
At the end of each year, our pharmacy residents will be responsible for selecting two rotation preceptors that they feel best exemplify the criteria below. The award recipients will be recognized with a plaque at the BC Resident Certificate Night and will also be acknowledged on the IH Residency Program Website.
